Check your junk or spam folder. E-mail to support@hiv.uw.edu, support@std.uw.edu, support@hivprep.uw.edu, support@hepatitisc.uw.edu, or support@hepatitisb.uw.edu (depending on which site you are using) from the e-mail account you used to register on the website. Please include your full name in the e-mail and use “Verification Needed” in the subject line.

If your organization’s firewall blocks e-mails from unknown senders, use an alternate e-mail address and register from home or another location that doesn’t use your organization’s server. Later, you can change your e-mail address by clicking on your name in the upper right, then “Account Settings” and then select the “Change E-mail” tab.
