If a group member invitee didn't get the invitation, ask them to check their trash or junk folders for an e-mail from support@hiv.uw.edu, support@std.uw.edu, support@hepatitisc.uw.edu, or support@hepatitisb.uw.edu (depending on which curricula you are using). Sometimes an organization's firewall blocks the e-mail invitation.
Some other options to try:
Ask the invitee to register for an account on that curriculum using the same e-mail address that you used to invite them. They will see a pop-up message about a pending group invitation after they have registered.
Enable the "Group Add Code" on your group dashboard and give that code out via your e-mail. They will use the code to join the group.
Your invitee creates an account and lets you know which e-mail address they used. When you send the invite through our website, they will see a pop-up window notification about your invitation.
