  • Free on-demand training. You don’t have to coordinate training schedules or incur training venue- or instructor-related costs.

  • Ensure baselines of knowledge. Assign required units prior to in-person trainings, new protocol implementation, and/or during new employee on boarding process.

  • Monitor progress and learning outcomes easily. Quick and on-demand access of individual learners' progress.

  • Free CE Certificates or University of Washington Certificates of Completion. Members can easily printout or e-mail certificates to a supervisor, instructor, or HR department.

  • Better care and fewer mistakes. When colleagues learn together, implementation of new or core competency knowledge is faster and more consistent.

  • Provide current, accurate treatment information quickly. When new medications or treatment guidelines are released, assign newly updated content to group members.

  • Short term or longitudinal training. Navigate your members’ subject specific learning on a short-term basis or over several months.

  • Groups can be based on topics. Set up a group to address one or more specific topics such as screening or diagnosis.

  • More efficient learning. Quickly identify which topics may require supplementary material or discussions to address knowledge weaknesses.

  • Efficiently monitor progress in multiple locations. Group owner can create a role-specific group for each facility. The site-based group managers invite staff and monitor their groups’ progress. The owner can view members’ progress at every site.
