If you no longer want to be an owner of a learning group, please follow these steps:
Invite the new owner to be a manager of the group
Click on the chat icon (blue circle/white square) in the lower right of your screen. In your message, please let us know the following: a) Who is the new owner? b) Do you want to remain in the group or should we remove your name? c) If you are the owner of other learning groups on the IDEA e-learning platform, what would you like us to do?
Within one or two business days, we will reply via Intercom that the change(s) have been made. Group owners can change Managers or Evaluators at any time.
