I didn't receive a verification e-mail

can't log in, can't change my password, e-mail address verification

If you didn't receive an e-mail to verify your email address, please check your spam or junk folder.

Another possibility is that there may be a typo in your e-mail address. Click on your name on the upper right to see what your e-mail address is. If you need to change it, click on "Account Settings" and then "Change E-Mail" to correct your e-mail address.

If you are unable to log in, click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the site and send an e-mail to support@hiv.uw.edu, support@hivprep.uw.edu, support@std.uw.edu, support@hepatitisb.uw.edu, OR support@hepatitisc@uw.edu (depending on which site you used to create your account). Please include your first and last name in the e-mail and use “Verification Needed” in the subject line.
