Your progress is saved between pages. If you finish reading a section, it will be marked as read. For the quizzes, you must click submit for your answers to be saved.  

You can always view your progress on the curriculum by clicking on your name in the upper right and then "Progress Tracker."  Once you are in the Progress Tracker click on any unit to start or continue your work.
