If you have an older version of Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 10), you will not be able to print the certificate. Instead, you might just see the word “True.” Please install a newer version or try another browser like Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
Another possibility is that our CE partner’s website is experiencing a technical difficulty. Your completed and claimed CE work will appear on the certificate when the website is fully functional again. Our site keeps track of your progress, so your work will not be lost.
