Once a learner submits a survey, their progress tracker is updated, and completion data (activity number, learner profession, and email address) is submitted to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Marnix E. Heersink School of Medicine. The first CE submission automatically creates an UAB account if the learner doesn’t have one.
If a learner did not create their UAB account, the learner must complete the following steps to view or download their transcript:
Visit UAB website and click “Sign in with your Email and Password”
Click “Forgot Your Password”
Enter the email address used on this site
Follow the instructions to reset the password and enter the required UAB profile information.*
After the password is reset, hover over “My CME” in the top navigation bar and select “Transcript” from the drop-down menu.
As needed, use the optional “Filter by Date” and “Filter by Credit Type(s)” to meet licensing certification requirements.
*Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians must enter their National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) e-Profile ID in the “Credentials” section and date of birth so CPE contact hours and IPCE credits can be routed to CPE Monitor.
